Okana launched in June 2024, with a key mission in mind – to be a pioneering global built environment consultancy, placing visionary thinking alongside economic viability.
Continuing to strengthen our global consultancy reputation, Okana now offers a unique blend of international partners in key regions alongside local expert knowledge.
Our comprehensive expertise allows us to combine large scale thinking with global abilities to provide bespoke solutions that support clients with high level strategies through localised delivery.
For Okana, growth is also about making a difference. We understand that we have an opportunity to make a difference to our clients, communities and the environment – which is why our future plans include to continuously strive to improve our economic, environmental and social impact in a meaningful way.
Our partner community continues to grow, welcoming four new partners last year. In October we brought our global community together for the inaugural Okana Forum in Austria. This marked a key step aligning our organisation wide mission, values and objectives, all of which are driven by a strong ambition, to shape a more sustainable and innovative tomorrow.
Cross partner collaboration saw the launch of the Sport and the City with FuturePlacesStudio, which aims to provide a strategic vision for architects, developers, municipalities, and stadium owners to create and foster inclusive and engaging urban spaces.
Our partner community also delivered a series of Okana masterclasses covering ‘What is Place Shaping’ and ‘Transforming Places into Destinations’, in which our partners from around the world shared their experiences and expertise.
I am immensely proud of the progress we have made in just a short number of months, and we enter the new year in a strong position, allowing us to look towards future with confidence.
Our future strategy remains focused on placing our people at the heart of what we do, with continued innovation, collaboration and agility driving our continued success in 2025.
