Anthony Merlin
Advisory Board
Anthony is the co founder and managing director of i2C. Anthony recognises the importance of a positive and dynamic workplace in the delivery of great client services and purposeful outcomes – a passion which resulted in an award winning company culture. He regularly contributes to social causes focusing on sick, disabled and disadvantaged children.

Scott Palmer
Partner Council
As a partner and general manager at i2C, Scott leads on business strategy and implementation, and is passionate about being part of a purpose driven company that cares about having a positive impact on the planet. Scott is a proud dad of two and loves family time, and playing the saxophone in his band.

Gavin Salt
Partner Council
As i2C residential sector lead, Gavin focuses on Build to Rent and social housing, and his international experience has aided him in identifying Passive House as key to our future housing design. Gavin is a keen cyclist and proud father of two young boys and spends most of his free time supporting their active social lives.

Alec Wong
Partner Council
Alec brings a wealth of knowledge to his role and provides strategic guidance to help drive business growth and innovation. With vast experience in delivering exceptional projects, Alec excels at adjusting strategies and turning challenges into opportunities. In his spare time, he is a passionate art toy collector, curating over 1000 pieces since 1998.

Tony Danker
Advisory Board
Tony has been integral in driving Okana’s ambition to transform place shaping globally. He brings the innovation and pace of the private sector, having worked in government and across business. Tony’s focus is growth and productivity and how organisations can best partner to make change happen.

Sean Chan
Technologist
Sean is a technologist with architectural experience in Hong Kong, Japan, and the UK. He has led digital design and the Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation on projects. Driven by efficiency and optimisation, Sean aims to streamline processes which are taken in construction design through BIM, and hopes to further his skills in the digital design space.

Geoffrey Morrison
Advisory Board
Geoff plays a crucial role in driving business growth and operational performance. His extensive background in the design industry helped establish a worldwide reputation in the creation of distinctive leisure and lifestyle destinations. Geoff is passionate about promoting innovative, cross cultural collaboration in design.

Jonathan Seebacher
Advisory Board
Now part of Okana, Jonny previously led the Ryder Alliance for over 10 years and managed the global partner network. He has an extensive international portfolio of work and is key in driving Okana’s growth. Jonny has experience of working in Australia, Saudi Arabia and South East Asia.

Rushdy Parker
Partner council
Rushdy is an architect with over 19 years of experience, joining Ruben Reddy Architects as a candidate architect in 2005. In 2009 he established the practice’s Cape Town branch, and has since managed to grow and direct his team on several large and complex projects. Rushdy is committed to integrating meaningful social interventions within his designs.

Chris Taylor
Researcher
Chris specialises in IT, working on cyber security integration within Okana’s digital projects by developing a framework to prevent cyber security attacks. With a passion for gadgets, his PhD with Northumbria University is seeking to redevelop the cyber security landscape in smart industrial buildings and the construction sector.

Charlotte Hollins
Senior Project Coordinator
Charlotte leads business operations within Okana, with expertise in people management and complex operations, following over a decade in the event industry and venue management. Charlotte is motivated by empowering others and passionate about contributing to a positive working environment. Charlotte loves cooking and live music, hoping to front a funk and soul band in the future.

Sean Scanlon
Senior Safety Consultant
Sean has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, spending the past eight years as a building control surveyor for local authority. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). Sean enjoys camping with his partner and two young children in his spare time.
