Romane Sanchez
Sustainability Consultant
Romane is a multidisciplinary professional, passionate about creating a sustainable future through a place based, integrated, data driven and holistic approach to design. With a background in architecture, engineering and urban design, she uses her skillset for meaningful sustainability consultancy, design, analysis, strategy, guidance and knowledge sharing.
Jon Hunt
Partner Council
Jon is a resort specialist master planner and golf course architect with over 20 years of experience across five continents. Jon is passionate about the user experience of all his design work, creating fun and engaging leisure driven places. When he is not travelling the world for work, Jon enjoys watching his home team, Bath Rugby and playing golf with his twin boys.
Naresh Kumar Mohan
Senior Digital Consultant
Naresh has led digital transformation to improve project coordination, streamline workflows, and drive data informed decision making across complex infrastructure projects worldwide. Naresh is committed to enhancing the value of digital adoption in the construction industry, with a strong focus on advanced technologies like augmented reality, data analytics, 3D, 4D Building Information Modelling (BIM) and quantification. Outside of work, Naresh enjoys photography, particularly architectural photography.
Katie Mulkowsky
Partner Council
Katie is Director of Research & Urban Health at Future Places Studio. An urban planner, writer, and researcher, she specialises in the intersection of health and place. Her technical background spans transport planning, public realm design, and community engagement. Over the past five years in London, and previously in New York, she has collaborated with local councils, business improvement districts, and private sector clients on urban mobility, sustainability, and health equity. Katie is currently pursuing a PhD in the Department of Geography and Environment at the London School of Economics, focusing on these and related issues.
Amandeep Kaur
Technologist
Amandeep has a background in interior design and recently completed a Master’s degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for Integrated Construction. She is extremely focused on her professional development and specialises in BIM technologies and software. Outside of work, Amandeep enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga and hunting down new places to eat out.
Scott Palmer

As a partner and general manager at i2C, Scott leads on business strategy and implementation, and is passionate about being part of a purpose driven company that cares about having a positive impact on the planet. Scott is a proud dad of two and loves family time, and playing the saxophone in his band.
Charlotte Hollins
Associate Project Coordinator
Charlotte leads business operations within Okana, with expertise in people management and complex operations, following over a decade in the event industry and venue management. Charlotte is motivated by empowering others and passionate about contributing to a positive working environment. Charlotte loves cooking and live music, hoping to front a funk and soul band in the future.
Andre Briscoe
Safety Consultant
Andre has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, blending a strong practical and technical background with expertise in Building Control. Driven by a passion for technical excellence and regulatory integrity, Andre aims to facilitate safe and compliant built environments, believing that effective Building Control is essential to high quality, sustainable construction. Outside of work, Andre enjoys mountain biking, woodworking for home improvements, and football, bringing a hands on approach to both his professional and personal life.
Aaron Richardson
Digital Consultant
With expertise in delivering value from data, Aaron specialises in BIM information management. He has led the information management function across a wide range of industry frameworks, delivering ISO 19650 compliant BIM scopes from conception to completion, both client side and within delivery teams. Aaron is interested in all facets of data engineering and analysis and is currently pursuing a PhD in digital twinning at the University of Strathclyde. Aaron enjoys scuba diving, bikepacking, climbing and skiing.
Cathy Russell
Partner Council
Cathy is passionate about shaping healthy, sustainable places which contribute positively to communities, the built and natural environment. She leads Ryder’s placemaking service including research, masterplanning, engagement, planning and heritage across neighbourhood, town, city and strategic scales. Cathy is a Building with Nature Approved Assessor and Healthy Streets Foundation Practitioner, and has presented at the International Healthy City Design conferences.
Alex Vaschenko

Alex is an experienced entrepreneur and business strategist with 18 years of diverse professional expertise in creative industries and communications. As development director at Ldesign, he focuses on driving growth and delivering sustainable landscape architecture solutions. His work is guided by a mission to create spaces that inspire and leave a lasting legacy.
Sara Bate
Senior Project Finance Administrator
Sara manages the everyday financial administration within Okana to ensure operations run smoothly. With her experience in finance and analytics, Sara supports business operations and is excited to see the further growth of Okana across the globe. Outside of work, Sara enjoys fishing, watching rugby and travelling.
