Technologist

Amandeep has a background in interior design and recently completed a Master’s degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for Integrated Construction. She is extremely focused on her professional development and specialises in BIM technologies and software. Outside of work, Amandeep enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga and hunting down new places to eat out.

Jeremy is passionate about place and destination creation at all scales. As the director, city architect and placeshaper at UrbanPlaceNetwork, Jeremy brings his years of international experience and knowledge as an architect, urbanist and masterplanner, and his passion to seek out appropriate innovation for and with both clients and communities, to ensure the creation of long term sustainable solutions.

Digital Director

Paul has worked globally across multiple large scale projects ranging from airports, data centres, hospitals, and commercial skyscrapers. He brings years of experience in digital management of construction projects and defining digital transformation strategies. Paul is driven by maximising the value of digital adoption in the construction industry.

Attila joined CÉH in 2005, working as a structural engineer for more than a decade until he became deputy CEO and head of planning and design in 2022. While leading a multi-disciplinary team of over 100 architects, plus structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers, he also plays key role in developing partnerships and new opportunities for the business.

Mark Thompson

Advisory Board

Mark is the chair of the Okana Advisory Board and managing partner at Ryder, overseeing the strategic development of the business. He was made an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 2003, and also named North East England Business Executive of the Year in 2018 for his contribution to the business community. Mark enjoys spending time with his family and is a fair weather cyclist and skier.

Ruben is the past President of South African Institute of Architects and an internationally recognised architect with over 35 years of experience. He has addressed numerous conferences on sports buildings design and delivery across the globe, and was chair of the World Stadium Conference in Istanbul in 2015.

Senior Digital Consultant

Kathryn’s experience in client, contractor, and consultant roles, has refined her knowledge and expertise in information management, organisational strategies, and horizon mapping. Kathryn’s passion for continuous improvement, sustainable working and efficiencies, drives her to innovate and enrich current practices and enhance project delivery. Her questioning nature uncovers customer value, offering personalised services and support at both project and organisational level.

Anurag Sanal Kumar Sindhujadevi

Technologist

Anurag has expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), coordination and collaboration, documentation and point cloud works. With an international exposure to projects in the Middle East and Europe, he is keen to solve uncertainties in construction industry by finding modern methodologies which can make construction smoother. Outside of work, Anurag enjoys playing badminton and travelling.

As a partner and general manager at i2C, Scott leads on business strategy and implementation, and is passionate about being part of a purpose driven company that cares about having a positive impact on the planet. Scott is a proud dad of two and loves family time, and playing the saxophone in his band.

Chris specialises in IT, working on cyber security integration within Okana’s digital projects by developing a framework to prevent cyber security attacks. With a passion for gadgets, his PhD with Northumbria University is seeking to redevelop the cyber security landscape in smart industrial buildings and the construction sector.

Mark specialises in driving value for some of the world’s largest and most prominent organisations through the use of digital technologies and upskilling teams. Mark is a people first, technology obsessed geek and pushes himself to be on the edge of the latest innovations personally and professionally to help us all build a better world.

Nicolas Markuerkiaga

Partner Council

Nicolas has collaborated with Ravetllat Arquitectura in developing several projects of public equipment,  collective dwellings, building renovations, public space and town planning. Nicolas teaches architecture and interior design at LCI Barcelona. Outside of work, Nicolas is passionate about music and plays saxophone regularly in jazz and blues bands.
