Mohamed Ragab
Digital Consultant
Mohamed possesses a robust understanding of both design and construction methodologies. His extensive background has provided him with a pragmatic outlook, greatly enhancing his proficiency in information management processes. Mohamed has honed his skills while working in the UK, where he has been instrumental in overseeing and auditing information management practices to ensure strict adherence to industry standards.

Joel Whitehead
Safety Consultant
With over eight years with of experience in health and safety, Joel specialises in safety consulting to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Joel is passionate about project delivery, client engagement and creating a positive culture. Outside of work he enjoys playing music, travelling, gym training, football and is currently learning Italian.

Leyla Saadi
Partner Council
With expertise in architecture, urban design, and big data analysis, Leyla has led large scale masterplanning projects globally, focusing on the Middle East. Passionate about placemaking, public art and urban storytelling, she strives to create sustainable, livable communities by integrating urban technology and data analytics into informed design decisions.

Patrick White
Partner Council
Patrick has played a leading role in the growth and development of Metro Dynamics. He has led major regeneration programmes in Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester over a 25 year career, developing major projects from conception through to delivery. He regularly advises the UK Government on the implementation of place based regeneration and investment programmes.

Alec Wong
Partner Council
Alec brings a wealth of knowledge to his role and provides strategic guidance to help drive business growth and innovation. With vast experience in delivering exceptional projects, Alec excels at adjusting strategies and turning challenges into opportunities. In his spare time, he is a passionate art toy collector, curating over 1000 pieces since 1998.

Scott Palmer

As a partner and general manager at i2C, Scott leads on business strategy and implementation, and is passionate about being part of a purpose driven company that cares about having a positive impact on the planet. Scott is a proud dad of two and loves family time, and playing the saxophone in his band.

James Thompson
Partner Council
James is a consultant at Metro Dynamics, supporting local places and organisations with evidence based insights. He conducts research into policy and economic sectors, analyses data to shape narratives, and collaborates with stakeholders to develop practical interventions for positive change.

Miles Walker
Associate
Miles boasts extensive experience in technical architecture, construction, and Building Information Management (BIM) for executing large scale projects. He excels at guiding clients, multidisciplinary design teams, and contractors within the construction industry. Miles has expertise in spearheading BIM strategies, BIM modelling, data coordination, auditing, establishing standards, and monitoring quality. Miles is an enthusiastic downhill mountain biker who regularly explores local trails.

Rushdy Parker
Partner council
Rushdy is an architect with over 19 years of experience, joining Ruben Reddy Architects as a candidate architect in 2005. In 2009 he established the practice’s Cape Town branch, and has since managed to grow and direct his team on several large and complex projects. Rushdy is committed to integrating meaningful social interventions within his designs.

Sean Chan
Technologist
Sean is a technologist with architectural experience in Hong Kong, Japan, and the UK. He has led digital design and the Building Information Modelling (BIM) implementation on projects. Driven by efficiency and optimisation, Sean aims to streamline processes which are taken in construction design through BIM, and hopes to further his skills in the digital design space.

Gavin Salt
Partner Council
As i2C residential sector lead, Gavin focuses on Build to Rent and social housing, and his international experience has aided him in identifying Passive House as key to our future housing design. Gavin is a keen cyclist and proud father of two young boys and spends most of his free time supporting their active social lives.

Jon Hunt
Partner Council
Jon is a resort specialist master planner and golf course architect with over 20 years of experience across five continents. Jon is passionate about the user experience of all his design work, creating fun and engaging leisure driven places. When he is not travelling the world for work, Jon enjoys watching his home team, Bath Rugby and playing golf with his twin boys.
