John Millar
Digital Consultant
John specialises in information management for the public sector, having advised many of local authorities on how they can unlock hidden value in the everyday management of their assets. He is dedicated to building digital literacy and capability, helping both client and delivery side organisations to achieve excellence in the digital economy.
Richard Dorkin
Partner Council
Richard has been an architect for over 20 years, during which he has evolved his skills and approach to cater to client’s individual project needs and vision, providing solutions that deliver positively for all. He works closely with teams throughout each projects journey to deliver beyond expectations, and is passionate about empowering team members, ensuring that everyone is equipped and confident to deliver their best.
Sean Scanlon
Senior Safety Consultant
Sean has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, spending the past eight years as a building control surveyor for local authority. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) and Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE). Sean enjoys camping with his partner and two young children in his spare time.
Patrick White
Partner Council
Patrick has played a leading role in the growth and development of Metro Dynamics. He has led major regeneration programmes in Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester over a 25 year career, developing major projects from conception through to delivery. He regularly advises the UK Government on the implementation of place based regeneration and investment programmes.
Attila Tóth

Attila is the deputy CEO at CEH. He not only leads the marketing and sales team but is also actively involved in leading and managing the company alongside his father, who founded the company. Atilla is also focussed on developing international partnerships and driving the international expansion of the business.
Scott Palmer
Partner Council
As a partner and general manager at i2C, Scott leads on business strategy and implementation, and is passionate about being part of a purpose driven company that cares about having a positive impact on the planet. Scott is a proud dad of two and loves family time, and playing the saxophone in his band.
Dean Douglas
Digital Consultant
Dean has been instrumental in the creation of our strategic advisory approach, building on his PhD research that developed a framework for digital twin development. He is passionate about challenging norms and enacting impactful change within organisations seeking to develop digital capabilities.
Wahib Saif
Researcher
Wahib is an accomplished researcher specialising in digital construction, currently advancing his PhD in the adoption of digital twins for managing construction sites. His active consultancy work involves collaborating with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and software providers to enhance construction risk management. An advocate for lean principles and systems thinking, Wahib is dedicated to improving data management efficiency across construction operations.
Ruben Reddy
Partner Council
Ruben is the past President of South African Institute of Architects and an internationally recognised architect with over 35 years of experience. He has addressed numerous conferences on sports buildings design and delivery across the globe, and was chair of the World Stadium Conference in Istanbul in 2015.
Mark Thompson
Advisory Board
Mark is the chair of the Okana Advisory Board and managing partner at Ryder, overseeing the strategic development of the business. He was made an Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in 2003, and also named North East England Business Executive of the Year in 2018 for his contribution to the business community. Mark enjoys spending time with his family and is a fair weather cyclist and skier.
Nick Jaszynski

Nick is a landscape architect with over 25 years of experience in design and the delivery of projects across urban master planning, education, energy and healthcare. He is passionate about creating public spaces that are inclusive and accessible to all users that promote biodiversity net gain and climate resilience. During his spare time, he enjoys hiking around Northumberland and cycling.
Fiona Barboza
Technologist
Fiona specialises in crafting learning collateral for the training and development expertise, drawing upon her background in architecture. She is actively exploring the world of digital strategy. Driven by a passion for art and learning, she thrives on pushing boundaries to innovate. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, pottery and flower pressing.
