Technologist

Amandeep has a background in interior design and recently completed a Master’s degree in Building Information Modelling (BIM) for Integrated Construction. She is extremely focused on her professional development and specialises in BIM technologies and software. Outside of work, Amandeep enjoys spending time outdoors, yoga and hunting down new places to eat out.

Anurag Sanal Kumar Sindhujadevi

Technologist

Anurag has expertise in Building Information Modelling (BIM), coordination and collaboration, documentation and point cloud works. With an international exposure to projects in the Middle East and Europe, he is keen to solve uncertainties in construction industry by finding modern methodologies which can make construction smoother. Outside of work, Anurag enjoys playing badminton and travelling.

Communications Executive

Amy supports in Okana’s marketing and communications strategy and outputs. With experience in built environment marketing, she is passionate about shaping innovative and engaging stories across the industry. Amy is qualified with the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Outside of work, Amy enjoys all things fitness and travel. 

Leyla Saadi

Partner Council

With expertise in architecture, urban design, and big data analysis, Leyla has led large scale masterplanning projects globally, focusing on the Middle East. Passionate about placemaking, public art and urban storytelling, she strives to create sustainable, livable communities by integrating urban technology and data analytics into informed design decisions.

Lawrence Foster

Senior Safety Consultant

Lawrence joined Okana in 2025 as a Senior Safety Consultant, bringing over 20 years of experience across sectors including residential, healthcare, and leisure in both Australia and the UK. He studied Architecture at the University of Tasmania and the Architectural Association in London.
With a passion for education, Lawrence has travelled extensively and shared his expertise by teaching school children about ancient cities and the world of architecture.

Associate

Miles boasts extensive experience in technical architecture, construction, and Building Information Management (BIM) for executing large scale projects. He excels at guiding clients, multidisciplinary design teams, and contractors within the construction industry. Miles has expertise in spearheading BIM strategies, BIM modelling, data coordination, auditing, establishing standards, and monitoring quality. Miles is an enthusiastic downhill mountain biker who regularly explores local trails.

Sustainability Consultant

Vaia is an architect engineer specialising in energy efficient and environmental building design. She focuses on computational assessments of building energy performance, carbon footprint, indoor environment quality and outdoor microclimate. Vaia is passionate about information driven design which is key to delivering sustainable architecture. Vaia develops efficient workflows which streamline and enhance information exchange and close collaboration with designers.

Alessandra Coda

Partner Council

Alessandra is a principal consultant at Metro Dynamics. She is driven by a strong passion for urban regeneration and development, working with public sector clients, master planners, developers, and funding bodies to make compelling cases for investment and create viable, deliverable, and impactful projects set up for success from the start.

Using his global experience and with a special interest in future transit and green development, James’s aim is to bring thoughtful urban insight to clients and communities. He shares a passion for places and the environment with family, friends and colleagues.

Senior Project Finance Administrator

Sara manages the everyday financial administration within Okana to ensure operations run smoothly. With her experience in finance and analytics, Sara supports business operations and is excited to see the further growth of Okana across the globe. Outside of work, Sara enjoys fishing, watching rugby and travelling.

Nick Jaszynski

Partner Council

Nick is a landscape architect with over 25 years of experience in design and the delivery of projects across urban master planning, education, energy and healthcare. He is passionate about creating public spaces that are inclusive and accessible to all users that promote biodiversity net gain and climate resilience. During his spare time, he enjoys hiking around Northumberland and cycling.

Her career spans charity, government and enterprise, which she utilises to help develop effective strategies for cross sector engagement, collaboration and innovation.
